Comprehensive Planning
The comprehensive planning process helps determine our community's goals for future development. The resulting plan expresses goals to regulate our local policies on transportation, land use, recreation/open space, and housing.
Comprehensive plans should be updated every 10-15 years. The Department of Planning and Development will begin a Comprehensive Plan update process in 2021.
