The City of Rensselaer is seeking proposals from private sector building owners to participate in the New York Main Street (NYMS) Downtown Anchor Project program.

 

This initiative aims to foster revitalization by funding transformative projects that reflect Smart Growth principles to stimulate economic development, support adaptive reuse of key buildings and enhance the overall quality of life in the community.
